Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education
Being a mother of two, Emily strongly believes in right brain training for her two preschoolers and infant. She has observed her two children, whom she exposed to professional right brain training since infancy, excel academically and develop strong logical thinking skills. Additionally, one excels in sports while the other shows talent and interest in art.
Holding a Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Emily combines academic knowledge with real-life parenting experience.

Together with Kids Code Castle’s team of professional early childhood educators for young children and using world-renowned right brain training methodology, Pun fine-tuned Kids Code Castle’s programs.
Holding a Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and a Degree in Psychology and Counselling, she brings strong academic knowledge in child development, learning psychology, and emotional guidance into her work.
She incorporated her 15 years of experience in kindergartens and nursery into our specially designed programs, geared to enhance children’s learning through play experiences and bring out the best in each child.

With over 10 years of experience in the education field, Sharmila has come to recognize the vital role early childhood education plays in developing children's confidence, learning skills, concentration, and other key areas of growth.
Her passion for teaching stems from a deep love for working with young children and witnessing their development. Observing their imaginative play and curious minds in action reinforces her belief that life is too short to stress over trivial matters. The innocence and eagerness of children to learn and explore everything around them make teaching incredibly fulfilling.
Driven by a simple yet profound vision, Sharmila decided to transition into early childhood education and connect with Kidscodecastle’s concept. She believes that the our methodology, "Learn through FUN," aligns perfectly with her approach, allowing her to support children in reaching their full potential while ensuring a joyful and stress-free learning environment.
